Safeguarding adults is protecting those adults that are at risk of harm, abuse or neglect. The elderly and the frail are most at risk of this unfortunately as they are more vulnerable.
Elite Personnel Training’s online safeguarding adults course is for anybody who has a duty of care or comes into contact with any adults in need of care and support. This could be as a volunteer, a family member in their home or in your chosen profession.
Our course will give you a better understanding of the safeguarding principles and how best to apply them to your role. During our course you will learn the different types of abuse people suffer and the legislation which has been put in place to protect them.
